Capt. Ajesh Sharma, a veteran Armoured Corps commissioned officer from Indian Army, brings over 30 years of corporate security expertise, having served with leading multinational organizations (Reliance Industries from 1997 to 2006 and HSBC from 2006 to 2025) across diverse geographies. A certified auditor and seasoned global risk steward, he has successfully designed and guided country-specific security programs aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Head of Legal Affairs
A certified lawyer from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Dhruv has most defining professional chapters as a legal advisor in the corporate sector. He is a member of the Bar Association, Punjab and Haryana High Court, and actively participates in court proceedings and professional legal activities. A practicing Advocate and Trademark Attorney, with extensive experience in matters relating to civil litigation, intellectual property rights, injunction matters, recovery suits, declaratory suits, partition matters, consumer disputes, contractual disputes, and commercial laws.
Dhruv has been awarded Certificates of Appreciation by the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court for active contribution and effective participation in mediation proceedings, recognizing commitment to alternative dispute resolution. He played a significant role in managing and coordinating corporate and promotional functions for various companies, contributing to brand protection, legal awareness, and professional outreach.

Col Puneet Naithani
Mentor - Helix Security Advisors
Col Puneet Naithani, a veteran was commissioned into the Armoured Corps. With over three decades of varied working experience with him, he has served in the Army for close to three decades, worked in the Corporate and been part of the Non-Profit to include Piramal and Antara Foundation.
During his tenure with the Army, Puneet commanded an Armoured Regiment, during which he conducted equipment conversion of the Regiment as also received colours from the Supreme Commander, the President of India. He has served at an altitude of 15000 feet in the Kashmir valley and has also been part of intense Counter Insurgency and Counter Infiltration operations in Pir Panjal, Gurez valley, Doda and Kupwara. He has been part of Operational Logistics Directorate at the highest level at Army Headquarters. Puneet also headed the School of Armament wherein he and his team trained the Indian Army officers and men as also combatants from the friendly countries on Tank main and secondary gunnery. An alumnus of Defence Services Staff College, he has pursued his M Sc. from Chennai University and M Phil from Punjab University and was part of the Strategic think tank of the Indian Army which worked on Indian Army Doctrine.
In Corporate, his clients included the Rashtriya Rifles operating in Kashmir and North East, National Security Guards, Assam Rifles, Special Task Force operating against Naxalites in Chattisgarh, Police forces of Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. Specialised equipment to fight counter insurgency to include Night and Thermal sights for AK 47 and pistols were provisioned and training equipment for SPG were demonstrated to Special forces to include Para SF.
In the Non-Profit, Puneet has worked in the field of education and public health and touched remote geographies of Jharkhand, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh. Having worked with NITI Aayog, State Governments, District administration and communities, he has a deep and holistic understanding of the challenges which face Bharat and has strived continuously to work for the unprivileged and contribute meaningfully to the society.
